• Pricing: Unless otherwise stated in a written quotation or invoice, prices displayed or discussed are subject to confirmation and may change without notice. A quotation or invoice issued by Rebotec Canada will govern the applicable price for that transaction.
• Taxes: Applicable federal, provincial, territorial, or other taxes will be charged as required by law. If you claim a tax exemption, you may be required to provide valid supporting documentation before the exemption can be applied.
• Shipping and Delivery: Shipping, freight, handling, or delivery costs may be quoted separately. Any required shipping or delivery charges must be paid according to the terms of the applicable quotation or invoice before shipment when required.
• Orders and Payment: Submitting an inquiry through the Site does not itself create a completed purchase. An order is subject to acceptance by Rebotec Canada and any payment, availability, shipping, and other terms stated in the applicable quotation or invoice.
• Final Sales: Unless Rebotec Canada agrees otherwise in writing, product sales are considered final once accepted and fulfilled. Returns, refunds, cancellations, or credits are subject to the terms stated in the applicable quotation or invoice and any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

However, colours, packaging, product appearance, specifications, availability, and other details may change or may appear differently depending on the device or display used.

Customers are responsible for reviewing applicable product instructions, technical information, safety information, and project requirements before use. Product suitability can depend on the substrate, preparation, environmental conditions, application method, and other project-specific factors.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, photographs, videos, logos, trademarks, designs, software, and other materials (collectively, the "Content"), are owned by or licensed to Rebotec Canada, Rebotec, or their respective rights holders and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
